* WHEN...From 7 PM EDT this evening through Monday morning.
* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - Showers and thunderstorms producing heavy rain will impact the area overnight. Rainfall totals of 1 to 3 inches are expected with locally higher amounts. The heavy rain combined with saturated ground will lead to potential flash flooding.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 12:40 PM EDT Sunday the stage was 13.0 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to rise to a crest of 13.0 feet this afternoon. It will then fall below flood stage just after midnight tonight. - Flood stage is 13.0 feet.

Gloria Sweeney
Gloria Dunlap Sweeney, 59, 1033 Hendricks Ave., St. Marys, died at 7:53 p.m. July 15, 2009, at Triumph Hospital, Lima. Death was due to natural causes.
She was born July 3, 1950, in St. Marys to James and Betty Adams Dunlap. On July 5, 1986, she married Christopher Sweeney, who survives.
Other survivors are her siblings, Robert Dunlap, Everett (Caroline) Dunlap, and Rose Dunlap, all of St. Marys; and two stepdaughters, Joy and Nicki Sweeney, both of Celina.
Deceased are her parents and a brother James Dunlap.
She had worked at the McDonald's Restaurant, St. Marys and was a 1969 graduate from St. Marys Memorial High School.
Services are 10:30 a.m. Wednesday at the Miller Funeral Home, St. Marys. Private family burial is at Elm Grove Cemetery, St. Marys.
Calling is 2-4 and 6-8 p.m. Tuesday at the funeral home.
