* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 12:40 PM EDT Sunday the stage was 13.0 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to rise to a crest of 13.0 feet this afternoon. It will then fall below flood stage just after midnight tonight. - Flood stage is 13.0 feet.

Catherine Staley
Catherine P. Staley, 81, of Piqua, died at 9:30 p.m. June 30, 2009, at Piqua Manor Nursing Home.
She was born Oct. 21, 1927, in Piqua, to Henry and Alice Martin Jessup. She married Robert Staley in 1947, and he died in 1983.
Surviving are seven sons, Vincent (Betty) Staley, Piqua, John (Emma) Staley, Everett, Wash., Thomas (Dale) Staley, Celina, Bernard, Steve, James and Joe (Teri) Staley, all of Piqua; five daughters, Sharon (Cliff) Dear, Tipp City, Ann Marie (Wendell) Dear, Troy, Linda (Wayne) Eldridge, Vandalia, Rebecca Staley, Sidney, Alice (Joe) Fuller, Piqua, a brother, Thomas Jessup, Piqua; a sister, Henrietta Brookman, Covington; 17 grandchildren and 23 great-grandchildren.
Deceased are two sisters.
She was a homemaker and a member of St. Boniface Catholic Church, Piqua. She was a graduate of Piqua Catholic High School.
Funeral Mass is 10 a.m. Monday at the church, the Rev. Angelo Caserta officiating. Burial is at Forest Hill Cemetery, Piqua.
Calling is 2-4 p.m. Sunday at Melcher-Sowers Funeral Home, Piqua, where a prayer service will be held at 2 p.m.
