* WHEN...From 7 PM EDT this evening through Monday morning.
* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations.

* IMPACTS...At 13.0 feet, State Route 117 near Route 118 north of Rockford is water-covered and closed.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 12:40 PM EDT Sunday the stage was 13.0 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to rise to a crest of 13.0 feet this afternoon. It will then fall below flood stage just after midnight tonight. - Flood stage is 13.0 feet.

Charles Moeder
Charles Aloysius Moeder, 72, of St. Henry, died at 7:30 p.m. June 27, 2009, at The Gardens at St. Henry.
He was born Nov. 11, 1936, in St Henry to Julius and Anna Winkeljohn Moeder.
Survivng are eight brothers and sisters, Marcella (Aloys) Larger, Dayton, Norbert (Roberta) Moeder, Dayton, Ruth (Fred) Krebs, Orlando, Fla., Richard Moeder, St. Henry, Victor (RoseMary) Moeder, St. Henry, Jerry (Marilyn) Moeder, Englewood, Leander (Jeanette) Moeder, Maria Stein, and RoseAnn (Roger) Siefring, Philothea.
Deceased are three sisters, Mary Moeder and Sr. Mary Julian Moeder and Rita and her husband Paul Jones.
He worked for St. Henry Tile Company, the former Mersman Brothers plant in Celina and R & R Fabrications in St. Henry. He was a member of St. Henry Catholic Church, the Holy Name Society of the church, St. Henry American Legion, the Heritage Club of St. Henry and Minster Fraternal Order of Eagles. He was a veteran of the U.S. Army.
Funeral Mass is 10:30 a.m. Wednesday at the church, the Rev. Tom Hemm officiating. Burial is at the church cemetery with military rites conducted by the American Legion.
Calling is 2-8 p.m. Tuesday and 9-10 a.m. Wednesday at Hogenkamp Funeral Home, St. Henry.
