Visitors to the Maria Stein Country Fest this weekend will have numerous opportunities to experience The Big Cat Encounter. In addition to performances each day, the cats will be on display in their air-conditioned trailer for visitors wanting a closer look. The festival, which draws nearly 70,000 visitors each year, takes place on the grounds of the Maria Stein Center off St. Johns Road.
