* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 12:40 PM EDT Sunday the stage was 13.0 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to rise to a crest of 13.0 feet this afternoon. It will then fall below flood stage just after midnight tonight. - Flood stage is 13.0 feet.

Lynn Cattell
Lynn Lorraine Powell Cattell, 54, 3311 St. Johns Road, New Bremen, died at 6:05 p.m. June 24, 2009, at Parkview Hospital, Fort Wayne, Ind., due to a stroke.
She was born Jan. 18, 1955, in Dayton to John H. and Ida Elaine "Penny" Hatch Powell, who survive in Celina. On Dec. 16, 1988, she married Dennis A. Cattell, who survives.
Other survivors are a son, Chad L. Cattell, New Bremen; a stepdaughter, Tammy Jane (Richard) Cattell Ford of England; a brother, Jim E. (Denise) Powell, Alpharetta, Ga.; a sister, Andrea L. (Parnell) Ladd, St. Louis, Mo.; a sister-in-law, Linda Powell, Nashville, Tenn.; and four grandchildren.
Deceased is a brother, Mike Powell.
She was a substitute teacher in Mercer County for several years. She graduated from Beavercreek High School and Eastern Kentucky University, Richmond, Ky., and attended St. Luke's School of Nursing, St. Louis, Mo. She was a member of Phi Mu Sorority, Beaver United Church of Christ, Beavercreek, and an associate member of St. Paul's United Methodist Church, Celina.
Services are 11 a.m. Monday at Beaver United Church of Christ, Beavercreek, the Revs. Brian Eastman and James Deitz officiating. Burial is at Beavercreek Township Cemetery.
Calling is 4-6 p.m. Saturday at Cisco Funeral Home, Celina, and one hour prior to services at the church on Monday.
