* IMPACTS...At 13.0 feet, State Route 117 near Route 118 north of Rockford is water-covered and closed.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 8:40 AM EDT Sunday the stage was 13.0 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to fall slowly this afternoon, falling below flood stage later this evening. - Flood stage is 13.0 feet.

Miss Ohio Erica Gelhaus of St. Henry is welcomed home Sunday evening with an impromptu town parade. Nearly 200 spectators gathered along Main Street to applaud and congratulate Gelhaus on her victory. Driving Miss Ohio through her hometown is Celina Lake Festival Queen Pageant Co-Director Jerry Deitsch.

Nearly 200 residents lined the Main Street of St. Henry on Sunday evening to welcome home the newly crowned 2009 Miss Ohio, Erica Gelhaus.
