* WHEN...From 7 PM EDT this evening through Monday morning.
* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 12:40 PM EDT Sunday the stage was 13.0 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to rise to a crest of 13.0 feet this afternoon. It will then fall below flood stage just after midnight tonight. - Flood stage is 13.0 feet.

Nicklaus Reier
Nicklaus L. Reier, 76, of Upper Sandusky, died at 6:10 p.m. June 19, 2009.
He was born on April 17, 1933, in Spencerville, to LeRoy and Susan A. Casperson Reier. On April 25, 1959, he married Julia L. Marker, who died March 19, 1997. He then married Ruth Tiell-Malloy on Sept. 22, 1998 and she survives in Upper Sandusky.
Other survivors are a son Tony (Ann) Reier, Celina; three daughters Tami (Jack) Sives, Kodak, Tenn., Theresa Reier, Celina, Tina Schuck, Naples, Fla.; two step sons, Jason Malloy, Cincinnati, Patrick Malloy, Findlay; two brothers, George (Linda) Reier, Sidney, and Henry (Carol) Reier, Maria Stein; seven sisters, Maxine (Herman) Thobe, Houston, Betty (Richard "Pete") Partington, Sidney, Barbara (Virgil) Frantz, Versailles, Esther (Jack) Wells, Anna, Florence (Mark) Boeckman, Buford, Ga., Shirley (Dale) Meyer, New Bremen, and Helen (Carl) Magoto, Celina; and two grandchildren.
Deceased are four sisters, Nancy Werling, Ruth Schwenzer and Martha and Dorothy, who died in infancy.
He retired from the former New Idea Farm Machinery, Coldwater after 32 years of service. He then worked part time at the Daily Chief Union Newspaper in transportation and as a rural route carrier. He was a member of the Immaculate Conception Catholic Church, Celina, and attended St. Joseph Salem, St. Peter, Upper Sandusky. He was a life member of the Eagles Lodge in St. Marys, and a former member of the Moose Lodge in Portland, Ind. and Amvets in Sidney. He served in the United States Marine Corps.
Funeral Mass is 10:30 a.m. Wednesday at Immculate Conception church, the Rev. Richard Reidel officiating. Burial is at Gethsemane Cemetery, St. Marys
Calling is 2-7 p.m. today at the Bringman Clark Funeral Home, Upper Sandusky with a prayer service at 7 p.m. and 2-7 p.m. Tuesday at the W. H. Dick & Sons Funeral Home, Celina.
