* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations.

* IMPACTS...At 13.0 feet, State Route 117 near Route 118 north of Rockford is water-covered and closed.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 12:40 PM EDT Sunday the stage was 13.0 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to rise to a crest of 13.0 feet this afternoon. It will then fall below flood stage just after midnight tonight. - Flood stage is 13.0 feet.

Anita Granger
Anita P. Granger, 80, 911 Fleck Ave., Celina, died at 7:55 p.m. June 7, 2009, at Parkview Memorial Hospital, Fort Wayne, Ind.
She was born Jan. 26, 1929, in Celina to Dee M. and N. Marie Felver Now. On Sept. 2, 1950, she married Boyd L. Granger, who survives.
Other survivors are three sons, Blair (Teri) Granger, Piqua, Todd (Lou Ann) Granger, Argyle, Texas, John (Connie) Granger, White House; a daughter, Lori (Jim) Davis, Celina; 10 grandchildren, two great-grandchildren and a stepgrandson.
Deceased are two brothers, E. Dean and M. Edwin Now; and a sister, Mary E. Schneider.
She worked at the former Goldsteins Department Store, Celina and the former J.C. Penney Company, Celina. She was a member of St. John Lutheran Church and the Wednesday Morning Bible Study Group, Celina, the Red Hat Society and was a 1947 graduate of Celina High School.
Memorial service is 10 a.m. Thursday at Lehman-Hogenkamp-Dzendzel Funeral Home, Celina, the Revs. Richard Van Horn and Mark Rutledge officiating. Burial is at North Grove Cemetery, Celina.
A memorial gathering will be 4-8 p.m. Wednesday at the funeral home.
