* WHAT...Very cold wind chills as low as 17 below zero expected.
* WHERE...Portions of east central and southeast Indiana, northeast and northern Kentucky, and central, south central, southwest, and west central Ohio.
* WHEN...From 7 PM this evening to 11 AM EST Monday.
* IMPACTS...The cold wind chills as low as 15 below zero could result in hypothermia or frostbite if precautions are not taken.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Cold wind chill will occur late tonight into Sunday morning.

Robert Kettler
Robert Kettler, 92, 218 S. Walnut St., New Bremen, died at 8:02 p.m. June 4, 2009, at his residence.
He was born on March 22, 1917, in New Bremen to Bernhard and Augusta Hoewischer Kettler. On May 10, 1941, he married Betty Weinberg, who survives.
Other survivors are a daughter, Diane (Nick) Grilliot, St. Marys; a son, Robert W. Kettler, Columbus; three grandchildren and eight great-grandchildren.
Deceased are siblings, Paul Kettler, Irene Blanke Ruedebusch, Grace Scheer, Donald B. Kettler and Howard "Bud" Kettler.
He was a member of the St. Paul United Church of Christ, New Bremen, and graduated in 1935 from New Bremen High School. He was a veteran of the U.S. Army serving with the 787th Military Police in France and England during World War II. He was a mechanic at the former Advance Auto, New Bremen, and later retired from Crown Equipment Corporation, New Bremen, after 15 years of service.
Services are 10:30 a.m. today at the Gilberg-Hartwig Funeral Home, New Bremen, the Rev. William Youngkin officiating. Burial is at the German Protestant Cemetery, New Bremen.
Contributions can be made to the Grand Lake Hospice or the church memorial fund.
