* WHERE...Portions of Indiana, including the following counties, Dearborn, Fayette, Franklin, Ripley, Union and Wayne and Ohio, including the following counties, Adams, Auglaize, Brown, Butler, Champaign, Clark, Clermont, Clinton, Darke, Delaware, Fairfield, Fayette, Franklin, Greene, Hamilton, Hardin, Highland, Hocking, Licking, Logan, Madison, Mercer, Miami, Montgomery, Pickaway, Pike, Preble, Ross, Scioto, Shelby, Union and Warren.
* WHEN...From 7 PM EDT this evening through Monday morning.
* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 12:40 PM EDT Sunday the stage was 13.0 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to rise to a crest of 13.0 feet this afternoon. It will then fall below flood stage just after midnight tonight. - Flood stage is 13.0 feet.

M. Eleanor Hoenie
M. Eleanor Hoenie, 89, 5669 Miller Road, Celina, died at 12:33 a.m. June 1, 2009, at Otterbein Retirement Community in St. Marys.
She was born Dec. 14, 1919, in Noble Township to Edwin W. and Hilda M. Schamp Sandkuhl. Her first husband, Darrel Johns, died in 1971. On Feb. 14, 1974, she married William J. Hoenie, who died April 6, 2008.
Surviving are three sons, James E. (Sharon) Johns, St. Marys, Larry W. (Patty) Johns, Moulton, and Roger D. (Terry) Johns, West Chester; two stepsons, Marvin Hoenie, Celina, and Don (Raydell) Hoenie, Clarksville, Tenn.; a sister, Mary Alice Stoner, St. Marys; 14 grandchildren, 31 great-grandchildren, three great-great-grandchildren, five stepgrandchildren and eight stepgreat-grandchildren.
Deceased are a daughter, Nancy J. Whitney; a brother, Wayne Sandkuhl; a daughter-in-law, Sharon Johns; a granddaughter and a grandson.
She retired from St. Marys Hardware after 38 years and was a 1937 graduate of St. Marys Memorial High School. She was a member of St. John Lutheran Church, Celina, and the Hopewell Grange, Celina.
Services are 10:30 a.m. Wednesday at the Cisco Funeral Home, St. Marys, the Rev. Rita Bair officiating. Burial is at Elm Grove Cemetery, St. Marys.
Calling is 4-8 p.m. today at the funeral home.
