* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 12:40 PM EDT Sunday the stage was 13.0 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to rise to a crest of 13.0 feet this afternoon. It will then fall below flood stage just after midnight tonight. - Flood stage is 13.0 feet.

Mary Ann Gerlach
Mary Ann Gerlach, 91, formerly of 206 Elm St., Celina, died at 3 a.m. May 26, 2009, at The Laurels of Shane Hill, Rockford.
She was born Dec. 26, 1917, in Coldwater to Frank and Philomena Kessens Homan.
Surviving are two sons, Charles (Annrita) Gerlach, St. Henry, and Daniel (Angela) Gerlach, Middletown; a daughter, Janelle (Richard) Tumbush, Celina; two brothers Leonard (Mildred) Homan, Coldwater, and Herbert Homan, Rockford; a sister, Clara Hess, Coldwater; and a sister-in-law, Charline (Lavern) Schmit, Celina, six grandchildren and eight great-grandchildren.
Deceased are three brothers and sisters-in-law, Aloysious and Irene Homan, Edward Homan, and Werner Homan; sisters and brothers-in-law, Agnes Homan, Emma and Edwin Retzner, Catherine and Michael Bergman and Dorothy and John Benoit; and a grandson.
She retired from the former Mersman Brothers Furniture Company, Celina, in 1980, and was a member of the Immaculate Conception Catholic Church, Celina, and the Celina Fraternal Order of Eagles Auxiliary, where she served as a past president.
Funeral Mass is 11:30 a.m. Friday at the church, the Rev. Thomas Brenberger officiating. Burial is at St. Elizabeth Cemetery, Coldwater.
Calling is 3-8 p.m. Thursday and before 11 a.m. Friday at Lehman-Hogenkamp-Dzendzel Funeral Home, Celina.
