* WHERE...Portions of Indiana, including the following counties, Dearborn, Fayette, Franklin, Ripley, Union and Wayne and Ohio, including the following counties, Adams, Auglaize, Brown, Butler, Champaign, Clark, Clermont, Clinton, Darke, Delaware, Fairfield, Fayette, Franklin, Greene, Hamilton, Hardin, Highland, Hocking, Licking, Logan, Madison, Mercer, Miami, Montgomery, Pickaway, Pike, Preble, Ross, Scioto, Shelby, Union and Warren.
* WHEN...From 7 PM EDT this evening through Monday morning.
* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - Showers and thunderstorms producing heavy rain will impact the area overnight. Rainfall totals of 1 to 3 inches are expected with locally higher amounts. The heavy rain combined with saturated ground will lead to potential flash flooding.

* IMPACTS...At 13.0 feet, State Route 117 near Route 118 north of Rockford is water-covered and closed.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 12:40 PM EDT Sunday the stage was 13.0 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to rise to a crest of 13.0 feet this afternoon. It will then fall below flood stage just after midnight tonight. - Flood stage is 13.0 feet.

Joyce Doenges
Joyce C. Doenges, 81, of 408 Jackson St., Wapakoneta, died at 12:10 a.m May 20, 2009, at St. Rita's Medical Center, Lima.
She was born Jan. 21, 1928, in Sandusky to Vinal and Delilah Gaw Akerman. On Nov. 2, 1946, she married Raymond C. Doenges, who survives.
Other survivors are two daughters Cherylee Roberts, Scotts Valley, Calif., and Teresa (Dave) Smith, Wapakoneta; a brother, Richard Akerman, Pulaski, Mich., two sisters, Christine Howell, Lapeer, Mich., and Sandra (Tom) Brown, Grover Hill; a brother-in-law, Jim Geething, Van Wert; and a granddaughter.
Deceased are three sisters: Priscilla Akerman, Joanne Akerman and Carolyn Geething.
She was a homemaker and retired from the former Home Banking Company, St.Marys, where she specialized in commercial auto lending. She graduated from Grover Hill High School. She was a member of the First United Methodist Church, Wapakoneta, and a former member of the Wayne Street United Methodist Church, St.Marys.
Services are 11 a.m. Saturday at the Wayne Street United Methodist Church, St. Marys, the Revs. R.J. Davis and Mary Kay Brown, officiating. Burial is at the North Mt. Zion Church Cemetery, near Grover Hill.
Calling is 4-7 p.m. Friday at the Miller Funeral Home, St.Marys and after 10 a.m. Saturday at the church.
