* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 12:40 PM EDT Sunday the stage was 13.0 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to rise to a crest of 13.0 feet this afternoon. It will then fall below flood stage just after midnight tonight. - Flood stage is 13.0 feet.

John Mulligan
John W. Mulligan, 81, of 11404 state Route 364, St.Marys, died at 1:55 p.m. May 15, 2009, at the Golden Living Center - Valley Nursing Home, St.Marys.
He was born January 19, 1928, in Dayton to Patrick J. and Agnes Hamman Mulligan.
Survivors are four daughters, Beverly Schwartz, St.Marys, Mary Agnes (Steve) Watercutter, Fort Loramie, Cynthia May, Lithia Springs, Ga., and Michelle Mulligan, Sidney; a son Mark Mulligan, Columbus; a sister, Patricia Lewis, Springfield; 11 grandchildren and eight great-grandchildren.
Deceased are a daughter Cheryl Mulligan; a sister Eileen Strasburg; two brothers Dennis Mulligan and Donald Mulligan; and his former wife Betty (Marchal) Bowersock.
He retired from the U.S. Department of Defense, having worked as a warehouseman at the Defense Electronic Supply Center (DESC), Dayton. He was a veteran of the U.S. Army, having served during the Korean War. He was a member of the Holy Rosary Catholic Church, St.Marys.
Funeral Mass is 10:30 a.m. Wednesday at the church, the Rev. Anthony E. Cutcher officiating. Burial, with graveside military rites, will follow at the Gethsemane Cemetery, St.Marys.
Calling is 2 - 4 and 6 - 8 p.m. Tuesday and 9:30 - 10:15 a.m. Wednesday at the Miller Long & Folk Funeral Home, St.Marys.
