* WHERE...Portions of Indiana, including the following counties, Dearborn, Fayette, Franklin, Ripley, Union and Wayne and Ohio, including the following counties, Adams, Auglaize, Brown, Butler, Champaign, Clark, Clermont, Clinton, Darke, Delaware, Fairfield, Fayette, Franklin, Greene, Hamilton, Hardin, Highland, Hocking, Licking, Logan, Madison, Mercer, Miami, Montgomery, Pickaway, Pike, Preble, Ross, Scioto, Shelby, Union and Warren.

* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations.

* IMPACTS...At 13.0 feet, State Route 117 near Route 118 north of Rockford is water-covered and closed.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 12:40 PM EDT Sunday the stage was 13.0 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to rise to a crest of 13.0 feet this afternoon. It will then fall below flood stage just after midnight tonight. - Flood stage is 13.0 feet.

Angela Thurston
Angela Thurston, 60, 1037 Wilkins St., Celina, died at 2:25 a.m. May 15, 2009, at Miami Valley Hospital, Dayton. Death was due to complications following surgery.
She was born July 13, 1948, in Celina, to James Earle and Beulah Grace Lewis Thurston.
Surviving are three brothers, Philip (Nida) Thurston, Timothy Thurston and Bruce Thurston, all of Celina; two sisters, Linda Thurston, Centerville, and Vickie (Sonny) Byers, Piqua; two half brothers, Ron (Rosemary) Brenneman, Lake Havasu, Ariz., and George (Cynthia) Brenneman, Sacramento, Calif.; three half sisters, Gaynella (Richard) McGuire, Danville, Ky., Carolyn (George) Pendergrass, Scott City, Mo., and Iona (Bill) McGaughy, Redding, Calif.; and numerous nieces, nephews, great-nieces and great-nephews.
Deceased are her twin brother, Andrew Gary Thurston, and a half brother, Virgil Brenneman.
She was composition supervisor at The Daily Standard in Celina, where she had worked 43 years. She was a member of Victory Chapel United Brethren in Christ Church, Celina, a committee member for the newly opened Celina Rotary Dog Park and a 1966 Celina High School graduate.
Memorial services will be 1 p.m. May 23 at the church, 2035 E. Livingston St., with Pastor Kenneth Whetstone officiating. A gathering of family and friends will follow at the church fellowship hall.
