Thomas Girardot
Thomas F. Girardot, 64, 5432 state Route 119, Minster, died May 4, 2009, at the Dayton Veteran's Center. Death was due to natural causes.
He was born Jan. 26, 1945, in Dayton to Francis and Pearl Gromeaux Girardot. On Sept. 20, 1969, he married Susan Jaillet, who survives.
Other survivors are a daughter, Rachel (Eric) Ranly, Minster; brothers and sisters, James Girardot, Dayton, Diann (Dennis) Wells and Shirley (Tom) Wimberly, all of California, and Ronald (Sue) Girardot, Dayton; and a granddaughter.
He was a food service director at Joint Township District Memorial Hospital, St. Marys, and was a member of St. Augustine Catholic church, and the Knights of Columbus, both in Minster. He was a veteran of the U.S. Navy serving in the Vietnam War.
Funeral Mass is 10 a.m. Friday at the church, the Rev. Rick Nieberding officiating. Burial is at the church cemetery.
There will be no calling hours.
Arrangements are being handled by Hogenkamp Funeral Home, Minster.
