* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 12:40 PM EDT Sunday the stage was 13.0 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to rise to a crest of 13.0 feet this afternoon. It will then fall below flood stage just after midnight tonight. - Flood stage is 13.0 feet.

Dorothy Coats
Dorothy Louise Coats, 71, 640 Stark Drive, Mount Pleasant, Texas, died at 2:16 p.m. April 20, 2009, in Mount Pleasant.
She was born Sept. 16, 1937, in Celina, to Edger and Sylvia Stelts Rhodes. She married Don J. Coats, who is deceased.
Surviving are four sons, Clay (Helen) Coats of California, Howard (Mary) Coats, Winfield, Texas, D.J. (Elizabeth) Coats, Mount Pleasant, Roy (Nancy) Coats, Mount Vernon, Texas, and Roy (Nancy) Coats, Mount Vernon, Texas; three daughters, Carol (Wade) Fontenelle of Mississippi, Ruth (Bret) Charlton, Cookville, Texas, and Sharon (Bill) Ruth of New York; two brothers, Don Rhodes of Michigan, Jim Rhodes, Celina; a sister, Kay Shaffer, Celina; 17 grandchildren and 25 great-grandchildren.
Deceased is a son, Frank J. Coats.
She was a homemaker and a member of White Oak Springs Baptist Church, Mount Pleasant.
Services are 4:30 p.m. Thursday at Bates-Cooper-Sloan Funeral Home, Mount Pleasant, the Rev. Kerry Adamck officiating. Burial is at the church cemetery. Pallbearers are Adam Coats, Jeremy English, Wade Fontenelle, Jody Petty, Bret Charlton, and Tyler Admck. Honorary pallbearers are Howard Coats and Bruce Bushee.
