* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 12:40 PM EDT Sunday the stage was 13.0 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to rise to a crest of 13.0 feet this afternoon. It will then fall below flood stage just after midnight tonight. - Flood stage is 13.0 feet.

G. David Kessler
G. David Kessler, 71, of Greenville, formerly of Union City, Ohio, died April 17, 2009, at his residence.
He was born July 22, 1937, in Randolph County, Ind., to Maurice and Virginia Kaufman Kessler. On April 12, 1959, he married Susan Scholl, who survives.
Other survivors are two sons, Randy (Candy) Kessler, Arlington, and Steve (Karla) Kessler, Celina; two daughters, Kris (Jim) May, Findlay, and Lisa (Ron) Clark, Greenville; and 12 grandchildren.
Deceased is a brother, Jack Kessler.
He owned and operated Stateline Clothing Care, Union City, Ind., was in the fertilizer business for 20 years and worked for Flory Landscaping the last eight years. He was a member of the Union City, Ohio Fire Department, Lion's Club, Treaty City Motorcycle Club, Turpen Masonic Lodge #401, Valley of the Scottish Rite and Fraternal Order of Eagles, Greenville.
Services are 10:30 a.m. Tuesday at Reichard Funeral Home, Union City, Ind., the Rev. Bill Lyle officiating. Burial is at the family's convenience.
Calling is 4-8 p.m. today at the funeral home.
Contributions can be made to State of the Heart Hospice.
