* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 12:40 PM EDT Sunday the stage was 13.0 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to rise to a crest of 13.0 feet this afternoon. It will then fall below flood stage just after midnight tonight. - Flood stage is 13.0 feet.

Carroll Lacy
Carroll E. Lacy, 87, of Cridersville, died at 2:20 p.m. April 9, 2009, in The Ridge at Shawnee.
He was born Nov. 15, 1921, in Mercer County, to Ezra and Bessie Brown Lacy. He married Ada M. Gunther, who died July 7, 1970. On Jan. 30, 1976, he married Ruth Scott Campbell, who survives.
Other survivors are three sons, Wayne E. Lacy, Wapakoneta, Everett E. Lacy, Cridersville, and Evan D. Lacy, Lima; a daughter, Leah (Eric) George, Fort Wayne, Ind.; two stepdaughters, Judy Campbell, Baltimore, Md., and Sharon Morgan, Phoenix, Ariz.; a brother, Lowell Lacy, Lima; five grandchildren, six stepgrandchildren, several stepgreat-grandchildren and a great-grandchild.
Deceased is a sister, Faye Miller.
He was a farmer and an equipment operator for the Shawnee Township Road Department. He attended Cridersville United Methodist Church and Shawnee United Methodist Church. He was a member of the Auglaize County Farm Bureau.
Services are 10:30 a.m. Tuesday, at Bayliff & Son Funeral Home, Cridersville, the Rev. Shane Crites officiating. Burial is at Swamp College Cemetery near Celina.
Calling is 2-4 and 6-8 p.m. Monday at the funeral home.
