* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 12:40 PM EDT Sunday the stage was 13.0 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to rise to a crest of 13.0 feet this afternoon. It will then fall below flood stage just after midnight tonight. - Flood stage is 13.0 feet.

Eric Rutschilling
Coldwater native Eric Joseph Rutschilling, 23, of Manassas, Va., died March 30, 2009, at his residence. Cause of death is under investigation.
He was born June 5, 1985, in Coldwater to Jack and Deb Hemmelgarn Rutschilling, who survive in Coldwater. His wife, Stefanie Woodford Rutschilling, survives in Morgantown, W.Va.
Other survivors are a daughter, Joleena Rutschilling, Morgantown; two brothers, Jeff (Stephanie) Rutschilling, and Andy Rutschilling, all of Coldwater; grandparents, Robert and Betty Hemmelgarn, Burkettsville, and Mark Rutschilling, Coldwater.
Deceased is a grandmother, Rosevelyn Rutschilling.
He worked as manager of Chili's Restaurant in Manassas. He was a graduate of Coldwater High school and the School of Advertising Arts, Kettering.
Funeral Mass is 10:30 a.m. Friday at Holy Trinity Catholic Church, Coldwater, the Rev. Richard Walling officiating. Burial is at St. Elizabeth Cemetery, Coldwater.
Calling is 2-8 p.m. Thursday and 9-10 a.m. Friday at Hogenkamp Funeral Home, Coldwater.
