* WHERE...Portions of Indiana, including the following counties, Dearborn, Fayette, Franklin, Ripley, Union and Wayne and Ohio, including the following counties, Adams, Auglaize, Brown, Butler, Champaign, Clark, Clermont, Clinton, Darke, Delaware, Fairfield, Fayette, Franklin, Greene, Hamilton, Hardin, Highland, Hocking, Licking, Logan, Madison, Mercer, Miami, Montgomery, Pickaway, Pike, Preble, Ross, Scioto, Shelby, Union and Warren.
* WHEN...From 7 PM EDT this evening through Monday morning.
* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 12:40 PM EDT Sunday the stage was 13.0 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to rise to a crest of 13.0 feet this afternoon. It will then fall below flood stage just after midnight tonight. - Flood stage is 13.0 feet.

Irene Reitz
Irene M. Reitz, 83, of Fort Recovery, and formerly of Bryant, Ind., died at 11:20 p.m. Tuesday at The Gardens at Celina.
She was born May 15, 1925, in Fort Recovery, to Christian R. and Pauline Fink Ranly. On April 15, 1944, she married Andrew J. Reitz, who died June 11, 1996.
Surviving are four daughters, Judy (David) Muhlenkamp, Celina, Ruth (Tom) Muhlenkamp, Coldwater, Linda (Ron) Zehringer, Fort Recovery, and Jane (David) Reinhart, Portland, Ind.; two sons Stephen (Vickie) Reitz, Bryant, and David (Jane) Reitz, Fishers, Ind.; three brothers, Harold (Joan) Ranly, Fort Recovery, Tom (Jackie) Ranly, Summerville, S.C., and Wilfred (Ruthetta) Ranly, Fort Recovery; a sister Mary Lou (Robert) Nieberding, Maria Stein; a brother-in-law, Vernon (Arlene) Hartings, Maria Stein; 19 grandchildren, and 20 great-grandchildren.
Deceased are a grandchild; three brothers, Clarence, Carl and Mark; and two sisters, Esther Ranly and Alberta Hartings.
She was a 1943 graduate of Fort Recovery High School, a member of Mary Help of Christians Catholic Church, Fort Recovery, and its Altar Sodality, the Holy Trinity Rosary Makers of Holy Trinity Catholic Church, Bryant, Ind., where she was a former member.
Funeral Mass is 11 a.m. Saturday at the Holy Trinity Catholic Church, Bryant, the Rev. David Hoying officiating. Burial is at the church cemetery.
Calling is 2-8 p.m. Friday and 9:30-10:30 a.m. Saturday at Brockman-Boeckman Funeral Home, Fort Recovery.
