* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 12:40 PM EDT Sunday the stage was 13.0 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to rise to a crest of 13.0 feet this afternoon. It will then fall below flood stage just after midnight tonight. - Flood stage is 13.0 feet.

Mary Frost
Mary Katherine Frost, 94, formerly of 1101 Larkspur Lane, Celina, died at 9:34 a.m. Feb. 8, 2009, at the Celina Manor Nursing Home, Celina.
She was born in New Philadelphia, on Aug. 15, 1914, to Louis Frank and Anna Kluba Sokowoski. On July 15, 1936, she married Raymond Bigler. On Feb. 8, 1964, she married Jack Frost, who died June 9, 1966.
Surviving are two daughters, Joann (Louis) Bauer, Celina, and Christine (Charles) Haugh, Brownsville, Texas; a son, James Bigler, Rancho Cucamonga, Calif.; and several siblings, grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
Memorial Mass is 10:30 a.m. Friday at the Immaculate Conception Catholic Church, Celina, the Rev. Richard Riedel officiating. Burial is 10:30 a.m. Saturday at Calvary Cemetery, New Philadelphia, the Monsignor George Schlegel officiating.
