* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 12:40 PM EDT Sunday the stage was 13.0 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to rise to a crest of 13.0 feet this afternoon. It will then fall below flood stage just after midnight tonight. - Flood stage is 13.0 feet.

Marie Smith
Marie W. Smith, 82, 814 Hackney Street, St. Marys, and formerly of Shawnee, Okla., died at 3:20 a.m. March 23, 2009, at Joint Township District Memorial Hospital, St. Marys.
She was born Aug. 20, 1926, in Duncan, Okla., to Hubert and Dillie Mae Wells Yates. On Dec. 15, 1953, she married James Smith, who died Aug. 4, 2005.
Surviving are a daughter, Cynthia (Clayton) Lauth, Mendon; and a sister, Joyce Cottrell, Rising Star, Texas.
Deceased are three siblings, Leon and Howard Yates and Bernice Jackson; and a grandson.
She was a homemaker and a member of the Methodist faith.
Services are 2 p.m. Wednesday at Miller Funeral Home, St. Marys, the Rev. Bill Maki officiating. Private family burial services will be held at a later date.
Calling is noon until the time of services Wednesday at the funeral home.
