Spring arrives
Photo by Betty Lawrence/The Daily Standard

There's nothing more glorious on the first day of spring than flowering crocus. In Ohio, crocus are the harbinger of spring and good things to come, weatherwise. These lovely lilac crocus are blooming in Celina, along with pale yellow narcissus and bright yellow daffodils. Local weather forecaster Dennis Howick predicts 50s this weekend.
