* WHERE...Portions of Indiana, including the following counties, Dearborn, Fayette, Franklin, Ripley, Union and Wayne and Ohio, including the following counties, Adams, Auglaize, Brown, Butler, Champaign, Clark, Clermont, Clinton, Darke, Delaware, Fairfield, Fayette, Franklin, Greene, Hamilton, Hardin, Highland, Hocking, Licking, Logan, Madison, Mercer, Miami, Montgomery, Pickaway, Pike, Preble, Ross, Scioto, Shelby, Union and Warren.
* WHEN...From 7 PM EDT this evening through Monday morning.
* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - Showers and thunderstorms producing heavy rain will impact the area overnight. Rainfall totals of 1 to 3 inches are expected with locally higher amounts. The heavy rain combined with saturated ground will lead to potential flash flooding.

* IMPACTS...At 13.0 feet, State Route 117 near Route 118 north of Rockford is water-covered and closed.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 12:40 PM EDT Sunday the stage was 13.0 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to rise to a crest of 13.0 feet this afternoon. It will then fall below flood stage just after midnight tonight. - Flood stage is 13.0 feet.

Deborah Deitsch
Deborah Jean Deitsch, 58, 120 Meyer Road, Celina, died at 4 a.m. March 18, 2009, at Lima Memorial Hospital. Death was due to natural causes.
She was born May 26, 1950, in Wyandotte, Mich., to Donald and Grace Held Hughes, both who survive in Auburndale, Fla. On Dec. 19, 1982, she married Jerry Deitsch, who survives.
Surviving is a brother, Drake (Carol) Hughes of South Carolina.
She was a 1967 graduate of Hobe Sound Bible School, Hobe Sound, Fla., and owned and operated Happy at Home Pet Sitting and was a cook at Mercer County Community Hospital, Coldwater. She was a member of St. Paul's United Church of Christ, Rockford, treasurer of the Ohio Pug Rescue and member of the Celina Eastern Star.
Services are 10:30 a.m. Saturday at the church, the Rev. Catherine Costello officiating. Burial is at the church cemetery.
Calling is 2-4 and 6-8 p.m. Friday at Cisco Funeral Home, Celina, and one hour prior to service Saturday at the church.
