* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 12:40 PM EDT Sunday the stage was 13.0 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to rise to a crest of 13.0 feet this afternoon. It will then fall below flood stage just after midnight tonight. - Flood stage is 13.0 feet.

Fred Grimm
Fred E. Grimm, 89, 6216 Morrow Road, Celina, died March 16, 2009, at his residence.
He was born Dec. 21, 1919, in Celina to Delmer and Mildred West Grimm. On June 14, 1942, he married Margaret Williams, who survives.
Other survivors are two sons, Fred Eugene (Marjorie) Grimm, Cincinnati, and Dwight (Brenda) Grimm, Johnstown; two daughters, Barbara Greene, Indianapolis, Ind., and Janet (Kelly) Overton, Dayton; six grandchildren and 14 great-grandchildren.
Deceased are four brothers, Harold, Edgar, Richard and Berlyn Grimm; and three sisters, Forrest Stewart, Mary Williams and Dorothea Grimm.
He graduated from the former Neptune High School in 1939, was a U.S. Army veteran, retired as state highway superintendent and farmed. He was a member of the Neptune Church of God. He was a member of the American Legion and Veterans of Foreign Wars, both in Celina.
Services are 10:30 a.m. Friday at Cisco Funeral Home, Celina, the Rev. Tim Clutter officiating. Burial is at Mercer Memory Gardens.
Calling is 2-4 and 6-8 p.m. Thursday at the funeral home.
