* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 12:40 PM EDT Sunday the stage was 13.0 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to rise to a crest of 13.0 feet this afternoon. It will then fall below flood stage just after midnight tonight. - Flood stage is 13.0 feet.

Grace Osterfeld
Grace Elizabeth Osterfeld, infant daughter of Ryan and Elizabeth Ziegler Osterfeld of New Bremen, died at 8:22 a.m. March 14,, 2009, at the Ohio State University Medical Center in Columbus, where she had been born at 7:49 a.m.
Surviving are a brother, Jacob, at home; grandparents Ron (Shauna) Ziegler, New Bremen, and Robert (Susan) Osterfeld, Montezuma; great-grandparents Larry (DiAnna) Ziegler, Florida and great-grandmothers Alma Osterfeld, Coldwater, and Julietta Overman, Ft. Recovery.
Private services will be held at the Gilberg-Hartwig Funeral Home in New Bremen, the Rev. Thomas Mannebach of the Church of the Holy Redeemer, New Bremen, officiating. Burial will follow in the German Protestant Cemetery, New Bremen.
