* WHERE...Portions of Indiana, including the following counties, Dearborn, Fayette, Franklin, Ripley, Union and Wayne and Ohio, including the following counties, Adams, Auglaize, Brown, Butler, Champaign, Clark, Clermont, Clinton, Darke, Delaware, Fairfield, Fayette, Franklin, Greene, Hamilton, Hardin, Highland, Hocking, Licking, Logan, Madison, Mercer, Miami, Montgomery, Pickaway, Pike, Preble, Ross, Scioto, Shelby, Union and Warren.
* WHEN...From 7 PM EDT this evening through Monday morning.
* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - Showers and thunderstorms producing heavy rain will impact the area overnight. Rainfall totals of 1 to 3 inches are expected with locally higher amounts. The heavy rain combined with saturated ground will lead to potential flash flooding.

* IMPACTS...At 13.0 feet, State Route 117 near Route 118 north of Rockford is water-covered and closed.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 12:40 PM EDT Sunday the stage was 13.0 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to rise to a crest of 13.0 feet this afternoon. It will then fall below flood stage just after midnight tonight. - Flood stage is 13.0 feet.

Timothy Hudson
Timothy C. "Tim" Hudson, 54, of Spencerville, died at 6:50 a.m. Feb. 21, 2009, at St. Rita's Medical Center, Lima. Death was due to cancer.
He was born Feb. 10, 1955, in Grand Rapids, Mich., to Clayton M. and Delilah Murphy Hudson. On Aug. 24, 1985, he married Denice K. Thompson, who survives.
Other survivors are three children, T. Jacob, Toledo, and Jennifer and Jeremy, both of Spencerville; four brothers, Rodney, Fairfield, Calif., Thomas (Cheryl), Green Cove, Fla., Carey (Becky), Maumee, and J. Scott, Ada; three sisters, Patty Jo ( Mike) Freeman, Moses Lake, Wash., Ronda Ulman, Elida, and Terry Lynn (Terry) Gudakunst, Celina; and a grandchild.
Deceased is a brother Darrell.
He worked at Veyance Technologies, formerly Goodyear Tire and Rubber Company, St. Marys, where he was a P.C. technician. He was a member of the United Steel Workers Local, St. Marys, and and a former union steward. He graduated from Bluffton High School in 1973 and served in the U.S. Marines from 1973 through 1980.
Services are 1 p.m. Saturday at Thomas E. Bayliff Funeral Home, Spencerville, the Rev. Andrew J. Atkins officiating. Military rites will be conducted by the Harry J. Reynolds American Legion and Bowersock Brothers Veterans of Foreign Wars, both of Spencerville.
  Burial is at Spencerville Cemetery at a later date.
Calling is after 11 a.m. Saturday until time of service at the funeral home.
