* WHEN...Until this afternoon.
* IMPACTS...At 13.0 feet, State Route 117 near Route 118 north of Rockford is water-covered and closed.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 8:40 AM EDT Sunday the stage was 13.0 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to fall slowly this afternoon, falling below flood stage later this evening. - Flood stage is 13.0 feet.

The current St. Teresa Catholic Church, located in the village of Rockford is small and no longer fits the needs of the growing congregation. In December, church leaders purchased this former church building on state Route 707, southeast of the village, and will move to the new location this spring.
