* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 12:40 PM EDT Sunday the stage was 13.0 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to rise to a crest of 13.0 feet this afternoon. It will then fall below flood stage just after midnight tonight. - Flood stage is 13.0 feet.

Evelyn Hull
Former Osgood resident, Evelyn E. Hull, 88, of Briarwood Manor Nursing Home, Coldwater, died at 7:01 p.m. Feb. 16, 2009, at the home.
She was born May 15, 1920, in Yorkshire to Clarence and Elizabeth Frantz Grilliot. On March 7, 1942, she married Vernon R. Hull, who died Jan. 29, 1999.
Surviving are three sons, Vernon "Butch" (Gale), and Robert (Patti), all of Lake Worth, Fla., and John (Sue) Sidney; six brothers, Robert Grilliot and Elmer "Bud" Grilliot, both of Yorkshire, Paul (JoAnn) Grilliot, Delphos, Carl (Thelma) Grilliot of Florida, Clarence Jr. (Doris) Grilliot, Mount Pleasant, Iowa., and Louis "Luke" (Kathy) Grilliot, New Knoxville; four sisters, Patricia Hartlett of Michigan, Kate Simon, Russia, Milrita (Richard) Goodell, Franklin, N.C., and Helena (Wilfred) Bruns, Tipp City; a sister-in-law, Alma Grilliot, Versailles; nine grandchildren and 14 great-grandchildren.
Deceased are five brothers and two sisters.
She was a member of St. Nicholas Catholic Church, Osgood, its Ladies Sodality and the American Legion Auxiliary, Osgood.
She was an Avon sales representative for many years.
Funeral Mass is 10:30 a.m. Friday at the church, the Rev. David Zink officiating. Burial is at the church cemetery.
Calling is 4-8 p.m. Thursday and 9-10 a.m. Friday at Hogenkamp Funeral Home, Minster.
