Former Fort Recovery resident, Kenneth W. Heiby, 57, 142 Pershing Drive, St. Marys, died Feb. 15, 2009, at Leesburg, Fla. Death was due to natural causes.

Arrangements are pending at Brockman-Boeckman Funeral Home, Fort Recovery.
