* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - Showers and thunderstorms producing heavy rain will impact the area overnight. Rainfall totals of 1 to 3 inches are expected with locally higher amounts. The heavy rain combined with saturated ground will lead to potential flash flooding.

* IMPACTS...At 13.0 feet, State Route 117 near Route 118 north of Rockford is water-covered and closed.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 12:40 PM EDT Sunday the stage was 13.0 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to rise to a crest of 13.0 feet this afternoon. It will then fall below flood stage just after midnight tonight. - Flood stage is 13.0 feet.

Donald Huser
Donald C. Huser, 79, 301 Mooring Line Drive, Celina, died at 5:45 p.m. Feb. 9, 2009, at Parkview Hospital, Fort Wayne, Ind.
He was born Aug. 13, 1929, in Mercer County, to Levi and Lilly Reichart Huser. On Feb. 16, 1950, he married Barbara Jane Cole, who survives.
Other survivors are a son, Michael (Terry), Celina; a daughter, Marcy Buehler, Celina; six grandchildren and eight great-grandchildren.
Deceased are a daughter, Terri Mihm; a son-in-law, Carl Buehler; a brother, Gerald; and two sisters, Marcella Mitchell and Luetta Huser.
He retired as a licensed electrician after working 32 years at Joy Electric, Lima. In 1967, he established Grand Manor Mobile Home Park, Celina. He was a member of First Presbyterian Church, Celina, the Masonic Lodge, the International Brotherhood of Electrical Workers, Lima, and Shriners International. He was a 1948 graduate of Celina Senior High School.
Private services are 5 p.m. Thursday at Cisco Funeral Home, Celina, the Rev. Dave Dennis officiating. Burial is at a later date.
