* IMPACTS...At 13.0 feet, State Route 117 near Route 118 north of Rockford is water-covered and closed.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 12:40 PM EDT Sunday the stage was 13.0 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to rise to a crest of 13.0 feet this afternoon. It will then fall below flood stage just after midnight tonight. - Flood stage is 13.0 feet.

Imelda Wilker
Imelda R. Wilker, 85, 125 N. West Street, St. Marys, died at 3:42 p.m. Feb. 6, 2009, at Joint Township District Memorial Hospital, St. Marys, following complications of surgery.
Se was born Oct. 12, 1923, in St. Peter, to Anthony and Rose Miller Siegrist. On July 9, 1949, she married LeRoy L. Wilker, who died Dec. 8, 1995.
Surviving are two daughters, Agnes (Paul) Weadock, Glynwood, and Mary Mihm, St. Marys; a son, Robert L., St. Marys; a brother, Edwin (Mary) Siegrist , Fort Recovery; three sisters-in-law, Delores Siegrist, Fort Recovery, Rose Siegrist, Fort Wright, Ky., and Jane Wilker, Montezuma; five grandchildren and five great-grandchildren.
Deceased are four brothers, Otto, Odilo "Shorty", Urban and Ivo Siegrist; three sisters, Leona Schmidt, Barbara Kneutzjanz and Celine Homan; and a grandson.
She was a homemaker, a member of Holy Rosary Catholic Church and its Ladies Sodality, St. Marys. She was a member of the Veterans of Foreign Wars and American Legion auxiliaries, both in St. Marys.
Funeral Mass is 11 a.m. Wednesday at the church, the Rev. Anthony E. Cutcher officiating. Burial is at Gethsemane Cemetery, St. Marys.
Calling is 4-8 p.m. Tuesday and 9:30-10:30 a.m. Wednesday at the Miller Funeral Home, St. Marys.
