* WHERE...Portions of Indiana, including the following counties, Dearborn, Fayette, Franklin, Ripley, Union and Wayne and Ohio, including the following counties, Adams, Auglaize, Brown, Butler, Champaign, Clark, Clermont, Clinton, Darke, Delaware, Fairfield, Fayette, Franklin, Greene, Hamilton, Hardin, Highland, Hocking, Licking, Logan, Madison, Mercer, Miami, Montgomery, Pickaway, Pike, Preble, Ross, Scioto, Shelby, Union and Warren.
* WHEN...From 7 PM EDT this evening through Monday morning.
* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - Showers and thunderstorms producing heavy rain will impact the area overnight. Rainfall totals of 1 to 3 inches are expected with locally higher amounts. The heavy rain combined with saturated ground will lead to potential flash flooding.

* IMPACTS...At 13.0 feet, State Route 117 near Route 118 north of Rockford is water-covered and closed.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 12:40 PM EDT Sunday the stage was 13.0 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to rise to a crest of 13.0 feet this afternoon. It will then fall below flood stage just after midnight tonight. - Flood stage is 13.0 feet.

Marcile Weaver
Marcile Vera Weaver, 85, 6692 Hamilton Road, Mendon, died at 5:50 p.m. Feb. 5, 2009, at Joint Township District Memorial Hospital, St. Marys.
She was born Aug. 26, 1923, in Convoy, to George and Leota Sutton Rager. Her first husband, William Hausmann, died in 1947. On Feb. 24, 1949, she married Gould R. Weaver, who died June 15, 1993.
Surviving are a son, Larry Weaver, Mendon; two daughters, Susan (Al) Freels, Mendon, and Linda Freewalt, Wapakoneta; a brother, Bill (Christina) Rager, Los Angeles, Calif.; a sister, Arline Wegesin, Convoy; a caregiver, Carolyn Yonkers, Mendon; five grandchildren and two great-grandchildren.
A son, Dennis Weaver, and a granddaughter are deceased.
A homemaker and a graduate of Convoy High School, she attended the former Anderson-Bethel Church of God near Mendon and later Mendon First Church of God.
Services are 10:30 a.m. Tuesday at W.H. Dick & Sons-Hellwarth Funeral Home, Mendon, with burial to follow at I.O.O.F. Cemetery, Convoy.
Calling is 2-4 and 6-8 p.m. Monday and after 9:30 a.m. Tuesday at the funeral home.
