* WHEN...From 6 AM to 6 PM EST Friday.
* IMPACTS...Plan on slippery road conditions. The hazardous conditions could impact the Friday morning and evening commutes.

Rod and Shirley Roediger patch melted spots of their snow creation built in memory of Rod's father who loved ice cream cones. The Roedigers had lights on the cone, located along U.S. 33 in Neptune, on Sunday night.
