* WHEN...From 7 PM EDT this evening through Monday morning.
* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 12:40 PM EDT Sunday the stage was 13.0 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to rise to a crest of 13.0 feet this afternoon. It will then fall below flood stage just after midnight tonight. - Flood stage is 13.0 feet.

Marjorie Ralston
Marjorie M. Ralston, 79, died at 12 p.m. Jan. 26, 2009, at Swiss Village Retirement Center, Berne, Ind.
She was born Dec. 16, 1929, in Jay County, Ind., to Guy and Dessie Grile Stults. On Aug. 24, 1946, she married Vernon S. Ralston Jr., who died Feb. 11, 1999.
Surviving are two daughters, Sandy Bridges, Bryant, Ind., and Peggy (Robert) Bollenbacher, Celina; two sisters, Doris Smith, Spencerville, and Margaret Reynolds, Anderson, Ind.; six grandchildren and eight great-grandchildren.
Deceased are a son, Ronald; and two brothers, Cecil and Glenn Stults.
She was a member of the Poneto Baptist Church in Wells County, and had worked at Dunbar Furniture in Berne. She was a member of the Veterans of Foreign Wars auxiliary, Geneva, Ind.
Services are 10 a.m. Thursday at Downing & Glancy Funeral Home, Geneva, Ind., the Rev. Alan Crull officiating. Burial is at West Lawn Cemetery, Geneva.
Calling is 1:30 to 8 p.m. Wednesday at the funeral home.
