Marcia Helentjaris throws a mug of scalding hot water into the frigid air Friday morning to test the theory that it instantly vaporizes or turns to snow in subzero temperatures - and it did. Helentjaris and other employees of the Tri Star Career Compact in Celina said the outside temperature was approximately minus 16 degrees when the experiment was held.
