* WHEN...Until this afternoon.
* IMPACTS...At 13.0 feet, State Route 117 near Route 118 north of Rockford is water-covered and closed.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 8:40 AM EDT Sunday the stage was 13.0 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to fall slowly this afternoon, falling below flood stage later this evening. - Flood stage is 13.0 feet.

St. Marys school construction

Construction on the new gymnasium addition at West Elementary School in St. Marys began this week with the removal of the asphalt parking lot and drive as well as with the installation of the silt retention fence on the site. The project's general contractor is Humble Construction of Bellefontaine.
