* WHEN...From 7 PM EDT this evening through Monday morning.
* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 12:40 PM EDT Sunday the stage was 13.0 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to rise to a crest of 13.0 feet this afternoon. It will then fall below flood stage just after midnight tonight. - Flood stage is 13.0 feet.

Sarah Hines
Sarah B. Hines, 84, 113 S. Enterprise St., Celina, died Jan. 12, 2009, at her residence.
She was born May 19, 1924, in Troy to Frank and Ola Mayne. On Sept. 27, 1969, she married William Richard Hines, who died Dec. 14, 1999.
Surviving are two daughters, Connie S. (Tim) Manson, Celina, and Bonita (James) Coffey, Knoxville, Tenn.; a step-son, Michael Hines, West Milton; two step-daughters, Patty (Chuck) Keener, and Terry (Dan) Baisden, all of West Milton; and many grandchildren and great grandchildren.
Deceased are a brother and a sister.
She was a retired supervisor from Opti-Gauge, Brookville.
There are no services or calling.
Arrangements are being handled by W.H. Dick & Sons-Hellwarth Funeral Home, Celina.
