* WHERE...Portions of Indiana, including the following counties, Dearborn, Fayette, Franklin, Ripley, Union and Wayne and Ohio, including the following counties, Adams, Auglaize, Brown, Butler, Champaign, Clark, Clermont, Clinton, Darke, Delaware, Fairfield, Fayette, Franklin, Greene, Hamilton, Hardin, Highland, Hocking, Licking, Logan, Madison, Mercer, Miami, Montgomery, Pickaway, Pike, Preble, Ross, Scioto, Shelby, Union and Warren.
* WHEN...From 7 PM EDT this evening through Monday morning.
* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - Showers and thunderstorms producing heavy rain will impact the area overnight. Rainfall totals of 1 to 3 inches are expected with locally higher amounts. The heavy rain combined with saturated ground will lead to potential flash flooding.

* IMPACTS...At 13.0 feet, State Route 117 near Route 118 north of Rockford is water-covered and closed.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 12:40 PM EDT Sunday the stage was 13.0 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to rise to a crest of 13.0 feet this afternoon. It will then fall below flood stage just after midnight tonight. - Flood stage is 13.0 feet.

Harry Krogman
Harry W. Krogman, 87, 7693 Bogart Road, Celina, died at 5:01 p.m. Dec. 31, 2008, at Celina Manor Nursing Home.
He was born May 24, 1921, in Mercer County, to Howard and Ella Verick Krogman. On Nov. 27, 1948, he married Naomi Knous, who survives.
Other survivors are four sons, Eddie (Patty), Mendon, Terry (Jana), Covington, David and Rick (Lynn), all of Celina; two daughters, Connie (Joe) McPheron, St. Marys, and Carol (William) Coate, Mt. Eden, Ky.; two sisters, Mary Kuhn, Celina, and Doris (Don) Cook, St. Marys; 18 grandchildren and 23 great-grandchildren.
Deceased are a sister, Ruth Arnold; and two brothers-in-law, Kerman Kuhn and Francis Arnold.
He retired from farming, the Ohio State Highway Patrol Auxiliary and Celina Police Department, where he was an officer and dispatcher. He was a member of St. John Lutheran Church, Hopewell Township, and the Celina American Legion. He was a veteran of the U.S. Army, serving in World War II.
Services are 2 p.m. Sunday at the church, the Rev. Debora Demeier officiating. Burial, with military rites, is at Mercer Memory Gardens, Celina.
Calling is 2-4 and 6-8 p.m. Saturday at Cisco Funeral Home, Celina, and one hour prior to services Sunday at the church.
