* WHERE...Portions of Indiana, including the following counties, Dearborn, Fayette, Franklin, Ripley, Union and Wayne and Ohio, including the following counties, Adams, Auglaize, Brown, Butler, Champaign, Clark, Clermont, Clinton, Darke, Delaware, Fairfield, Fayette, Franklin, Greene, Hamilton, Hardin, Highland, Hocking, Licking, Logan, Madison, Mercer, Miami, Montgomery, Pickaway, Pike, Preble, Ross, Scioto, Shelby, Union and Warren.
* WHEN...From 7 PM EDT this evening through Monday morning.
* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - Showers and thunderstorms producing heavy rain will impact the area overnight. Rainfall totals of 1 to 3 inches are expected with locally higher amounts. The heavy rain combined with saturated ground will lead to potential flash flooding.

* IMPACTS...At 13.0 feet, State Route 117 near Route 118 north of Rockford is water-covered and closed.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 12:40 PM EDT Sunday the stage was 13.0 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to rise to a crest of 13.0 feet this afternoon. It will then fall below flood stage just after midnight tonight. - Flood stage is 13.0 feet.

Paul Germann
Paul E. Germann, 82, 825 Echo St., Celina, died Dec. 23, 2008, at Celina Manor Nursing Home.
He was born Aug. 19, 1926, in Ohio City, to Joseph and Esther Grote Germann. On Dec. 3, 1949, he married V. Yvonne Fleming, who survives.
Other survivors are three sons, Timothy (Connie), Rossburg, and Tom (Kathy) and Mark, all of Celina; a brother, Howard (Marva), St. Marys; three sisters, Mable Pritchard, Van Wert, Norma (Charles) Zizelman, Rockford, and Alice (Lloyd) Smith, Celina; a brother-in-law, Bill Kahn, Decatur, Ind.; nine grandchildren and 14 great-grandchildren.
Deceased are a son, Jimmy; four brothers, Elmer, Arthur, Lester and Herbert; and five sisters, Laura Mildred, Agnes, Helen and Ireda.
He worked for 27 years at the former Mersman Company, Celina, drove a milk truck and farmed.
He was a member of St. John Lutheran Church, the Veterans of Foreign Wars, American Legion and Hopewell Grange, all of Celina. He was a World War II veteran of the U.S. Army and recipient of the Purple Heart. He was an honorary graduate of Celina High School in 2001.
Services are 10 a.m. Saturday at the church, the Rev. Paul Baglien officiating. Burial is at Mercer Memory Gardens with military rites conducted by the VFW. and American Legion.
Calling is 3-8 p.m. Friday at Cisco Funeral Home, Celina and one hour prior to services at the church.
