* WHERE...Portions of Indiana, including the following counties, Dearborn, Fayette, Franklin, Ripley, Union and Wayne and Ohio, including the following counties, Adams, Auglaize, Brown, Butler, Champaign, Clark, Clermont, Clinton, Darke, Delaware, Fairfield, Fayette, Franklin, Greene, Hamilton, Hardin, Highland, Hocking, Licking, Logan, Madison, Mercer, Miami, Montgomery, Pickaway, Pike, Preble, Ross, Scioto, Shelby, Union and Warren.
* WHEN...From 7 PM EDT this evening through Monday morning.
* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - Showers and thunderstorms producing heavy rain will impact the area overnight. Rainfall totals of 1 to 3 inches are expected with locally higher amounts. The heavy rain combined with saturated ground will lead to potential flash flooding.

* WHAT...Minor flooding is forecast.
* WHERE...St. Marys River at Rockford.
* WHEN...Until Monday morning.
* IMPACTS...At 13.0 feet, State Route 117 near Route 118 north of Rockford is water-covered and closed.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 12:40 PM EDT Sunday the stage was 13.0 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to rise to a crest of 13.0 feet this afternoon. It will then fall below flood stage just after midnight tonight. - Flood stage is 13.0 feet.

Katrina George

Katrina M. George, 30, 13712 Greenville-St. Marys Road, Versailles, died at 8:54 p.m. Dec. 12, 2008, at Miami Valley Hospital. Death was due to an auto accident in Darke County.

She was born March 29, 1978, in Coldwater, to Ron and Joyce Wehrkamp Hiestand, who survive in North Star. On May 20, 2000, she married Greg George, who survives.

Other survivors are two sons, Toby and Elliott, and three daughters, Mallory, Elise and Camille, all at home; two brothers, Jeremy (Lisa) Hiestand, North Star, and Matthew (Jocelyn) Hiestand, Versailles; three sisters, Monica (Luke) Brookhart, Molly (Jesse) DeMange and Betsy (Rob) Grillot, all of Versailles; a brother-in-law Chris (Joyce), Russia; a sister-in-law, Juliann (Travis) Twaits, Ansonia; a father-in-law, Bill, Versailles; and a grandmother, Mary Jean Wehrkamp, North Star.

Deceased is a mother-in-law, Marilyn.

She was a member of St. Louis Catholic Church, North Star, where she had served as past president of the Ladies Rosary Altar Sodality.

Funeral Mass is 10:30 a.m. Wednesday at the church, the Rev. David Zink officiating. Burial is at the church cemetery.

Calling is 2-8 p.m. Tuesday at Hogenkamp Funeral Home, Coldwater, and 9-10 a.m. Wednesday at the church.
