Auglaize County jail inmate Ron Mullins sweeps inside the recycling center in Wapakoneta as part of an inmate work program at the law enforcement center. Auglaize County officials have received national recognition recently for their jail programs that help save the county money and provide a more efficient and smooth transition of convicts back into society.
