* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 12:40 PM EDT Sunday the stage was 13.0 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to rise to a crest of 13.0 feet this afternoon. It will then fall below flood stage just after midnight tonight. - Flood stage is 13.0 feet.

Donald March
Donald J. March, 83, 312 Beech St., St. Marys, died at 6:34 p.m. Dec. 2, 2008, at St. Rita's Medical Center, Lima.
He was born June 3, 1925, in Defiance County to Donald O. and Jennie S. Fitzwater March.
Surviving are six sons, Donald (Bonnie), Robert, William, and Kenny, all of St. Marys; Larry, Del Mar, Calif., and Roy (Robin), New Knoxville; four daughters, Carol, Helen and Penny, and Annabelle (Kevin) Murphy, all of Lima; two brothers, Gerald (Ida Mae), Continental, and Richard, Defiance; five sisters, Mary Hahn, Edgerton, Evelyn Baker, Defiance, Helen Frusher, Perrysburg, Gladys (Ronald) Reinhart, Wauseon and Joyce Schilts, Paulding; 16 grandchildren and numerous great-grandchildren.
Deceased are a son, Glenn and a granddaughter; two brothers, Robert and Paul; and two sisters, Ruth Cross and Vivian Ditto.
He retired from Bremco Mills, New Bremen, where he worked as a feed chopper operator. He was a member of the Veterans of Foreign Wars, Wapakoneta and a U.S. Army veteran who served in the Asiatic-Pacific Theatre during World War II.
Services are 10:30 a.m. Saturday at the Miller Funeral Home, St. Marys, the Rev. Bill Drummond officiating. Burial with graveside military rites is at Elm Grove Cemetery, St. Marys.
Calling is 1-6 p.m. Friday at the funeral home.
