* WHERE...Portions of Indiana, including the following counties, Dearborn, Fayette, Franklin, Ripley, Union and Wayne and Ohio, including the following counties, Adams, Auglaize, Brown, Butler, Champaign, Clark, Clermont, Clinton, Darke, Delaware, Fairfield, Fayette, Franklin, Greene, Hamilton, Hardin, Highland, Hocking, Licking, Logan, Madison, Mercer, Miami, Montgomery, Pickaway, Pike, Preble, Ross, Scioto, Shelby, Union and Warren.
* WHEN...From 7 PM EDT this evening through Monday morning.
* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - Showers and thunderstorms producing heavy rain will impact the area overnight. Rainfall totals of 1 to 3 inches are expected with locally higher amounts. The heavy rain combined with saturated ground will lead to potential flash flooding.

* IMPACTS...At 13.0 feet, State Route 117 near Route 118 north of Rockford is water-covered and closed.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 12:40 PM EDT Sunday the stage was 13.0 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to rise to a crest of 13.0 feet this afternoon. It will then fall below flood stage just after midnight tonight. - Flood stage is 13.0 feet.

Ned Agler
Ned E. Agler, 69, of Van Wert, died, Nov. 18, 2008, at his residence.
He was born July 2, 1939, in Ohio City, to Lloyd Elsworth and Ethel Lenore Miller Agler.
Surviving are three sons, Rob and Andy, Portland, Ore., and Pat (Monica), Rockford; three brothers, Ronald (Vera), and Jim (Mary), all of Van Wert, and Marvin (Belle), Rockford; five sisters, Carolyn (Alan) Felver, Chattanooga, Tenn.,Loma Miller, Chinook, Mont., Joyce (Raymond) Eller, Rockford, Shirley (Irvin) Crider, Elida, and Kathy Funk, Grand Junction, Colo.; and three grandchildren and two great-grandchildren.
Deceased is a daughter, Amy Jo; and a sister, Anna Jeanette McAfee.
He worked at Chrysler in Van Wert for several years, and retired from General Dynamics, Lima. He was also a self-employed contractor and avid woodworker and painter, was a 1957 graduate of Ohio City-Liberty High School and served in the U.S. Army Reserve.
Services are 10:30 a.m. Monday at Cowan & Sons Funeral Home, Van Wert, the Rev. Jim Keiser officiating. Burial is at Woodlawn Cemetery, Ohio City.
Calling is 2-4 and 6-8 p.m. on Sunday at the funeral home.
