* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - Showers and thunderstorms producing heavy rain will impact the area overnight. Rainfall totals of 1 to 3 inches are expected with locally higher amounts. The heavy rain combined with saturated ground will lead to potential flash flooding.

* IMPACTS...At 13.0 feet, State Route 117 near Route 118 north of Rockford is water-covered and closed.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 12:40 PM EDT Sunday the stage was 13.0 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to rise to a crest of 13.0 feet this afternoon. It will then fall below flood stage just after midnight tonight. - Flood stage is 13.0 feet.

Richard Henderson
Richard M. "Dick" Henderson, 78, Elm St., Celina, died at 10 p.m. Nov. 16, 2008, at the Joint Township District Memorial Hospital, St. Marys.
He was born Dec. 1, 1929, in Alcony, to Robert Henderson and Lenna Roach Balentine. On Sept. 12, 1987, he married Carol Havenstein, who survives in Celina.
Other survivors are three sons, Roger (Jackie), Henderson, Knox, Ind., William Zolman, Celina, Paul (Kelly) Zolman, Sandusky; two daughters, Teresa (Robert) Dillhoff, Elida, and Gayla Metzger, Spencerville; six grandchildren and two great-grandchildren.
He retired from the former Roadway Trucking Company in 1992, and worked for the Celina Senior Citizens in the transportation department until 1994. He was a member of St. John Lutheran Church, Celina, the Mercer County Sportsman Association and the National Rifle Association. He was a graduate of Christiansburg High School and attended Ohio State University.
Serviced are 10:30 a.m. Thursday at Lehman-Hogenkamp-Dzendzel Funeral Home, Celina, the Rev. Paul Baglien officiating. Burial is at Glenn Haven Memorial Gardens, New Carlisle.
Calling is 2-4 and 6-8 p.m. Wednesday at the funeral home.
