* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 12:40 PM EDT Sunday the stage was 13.0 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to rise to a crest of 13.0 feet this afternoon. It will then fall below flood stage just after midnight tonight. - Flood stage is 13.0 feet.

Rosalie Decker
Former St. Marys resident Rosalie M. Decker, 92, died at 3:50 a.m. Nov. 12, 2008, at Joint Township District Memorial Hospital, St. Marys.
She was born May 7, 1916, in Maria Stein, to Anthony and Margaret Gast Hartings. On May 9, 1947, she married Fonn Wayne Decker, who died June 18, 1993.
Surviving are two sons, John (Deloris), St. Marys, and James, Montezuma; four daughters, Mary (James) Stein, Celina, Sharon Thomas and Marlene, both of St. Marys, and Cheryl (Scott) Newberry, Wapakoneta; a brother, Donald (Pearl) Hartings, North Richland Hills, Texas; a sister, Martha Sherman, Montezuma; eight grandchildren, 14 great-grandchildren and three great-great-grandchildren.
Deceased are two brothers, Jerome and Andrew Hartings; and two sisters, Viola Davis and Julia Heyne.
She had worked at the former Vanderhorst Cannery Co. and retired as a production worker at the former Goodyear Tire & Rubber Co., both of St. Marys.
Services are 11 a.m. Saturday at Miller Funeral Home, St. Marys, the Rev. Bill Maki officiating. Burial is at Resthaven Memory Gardens, St. Marys.
Calling is 6-8 p.m. Friday at the funeral home.
