* WHEN...From 7 PM EDT this evening through Monday morning.
* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - Showers and thunderstorms producing heavy rain will impact the area overnight. Rainfall totals of 1 to 3 inches are expected with locally higher amounts. The heavy rain combined with saturated ground will lead to potential flash flooding.

* IMPACTS...At 13.0 feet, State Route 117 near Route 118 north of Rockford is water-covered and closed.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 12:40 PM EDT Sunday the stage was 13.0 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to rise to a crest of 13.0 feet this afternoon. It will then fall below flood stage just after midnight tonight. - Flood stage is 13.0 feet.

Dean Fast
Celina native Dean Fast, 69, of Fort Wayne, Ind., died at 10:13 p.m. Nov. 9, 2008, at Parkview Memorial Hospital, Fort Wayne, Ind.
He was born March 5, 1939, in Celina, to Carson C. and Loretta Now Fast. In July 1961, he married Mary Weisman, who survives.
Other survivors are a daughter, Juli (Todd) Letourneau, Fort Wayne; three brothers, John, Celina, Larry, Toledo, and Jim, St. Marys; three sisters, Wilma Snyder, Columbus, Janis Malish, St. Marys, and Vickie Muse, Westerville; a brother-in-law and sister-in-law, Julius and Dorothy Bader, Celina; and twin granddaughters.
He was a teacher and mentor football coach at Snider High School in Fort Wayne, from 1961 until retirement in 1996. He attended Messiah Lutheran Church, Fort Wayne, and was a graduate of the former Rockford High School and Manchester College.
Services are 11 a.m. Saturday at Mount. Tabor Church of God, Celina.
Calling begins at 10 a.m. Saturday at the church.
Contributions can be made to the church chime fund.
