* IMPACTS...At 13.0 feet, State Route 117 near Route 118 north of Rockford is water-covered and closed.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 12:40 PM EDT Sunday the stage was 13.0 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to rise to a crest of 13.0 feet this afternoon. It will then fall below flood stage just after midnight tonight. - Flood stage is 13.0 feet.

Floyd Muter
Floyd Joseph "Joe" Muter, 72, 120 E. Walnut St., Coldwater, died Nov. 5, 2008, at Triumph Hospital of Lima.
He was born May 22, 1936 in Mercer County to Clyde and Olive McCain Muter. On Oct. 13, 1984, he married Patricia Zavesky, who survives.
Also surviving is a daughter, Michelle (Brad) Keith, Van Wert; a step-daughter, Vera (Joseph) Lange, Coldwater; three brothers: Kenneth, Lima, David (Keta), Celina, Dan (Jane), El Cajon, Calif.; two sisters: Mona Lou (Jim) Young, Waynesboro, Va., Linda (Buford) Sloan, Wayland, Ky.; six grandchildren; four stepgrandchildren; and three great-grandchildren.
Deceased is a brother, James, and a sister, Ruth Ann.
He had worked at the former Mersman Furniture in Celina. He was a member of Holy Trinity Catholic Church, Coldwater, the American Legion Post in Coldwater and was a volunteer for the American Red Cross.
Service is 4 p.m. Sunday at Hogenkamp Funeral Home, Coldwater, the Rev. Ronald Wilker officiating. Burial will follow in St. Elizabeth Cemetery, Coldwater.
Calling is Saturday 3-7 p.m. and on Sunday after 3 p.m. at the funeral home.
