* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations.

* IMPACTS...At 13.0 feet, State Route 117 near Route 118 north of Rockford is water-covered and closed.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 12:40 PM EDT Sunday the stage was 13.0 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to rise to a crest of 13.0 feet this afternoon. It will then fall below flood stage just after midnight tonight. - Flood stage is 13.0 feet.

Esta Bollenbacher
Esta E. Bollenbacher, 92, 9866 state Route 49, Rockford, died at 6:45 a.m. Oct. 27, 2008, at the Laurels of Shane Hill, Rockford.
She was born Feb. 9, 1916, in Liberty Township to Edward and Anna Linn Wendel. On April 23, 1938, she married Herbert Bollenbacher, who died April 15, 1995.
Surviving are a son, Paul, Rockford; four grandchildren; five great-grandchildren and one stepgreat-grandchild.
Deceased are three brothers, Lisle, Wayne and Carl Wendel; a sister, Dorothy Borger; a daughter-in-law, Mary; and a great-grandchild.
She retired from the former Goodyear Tire and Rubber Company, St. Marys, was a member of St. Paul's United Church of Christ, Rockford, and volunteered at Celina Manor Nursing Home for many years.
Services are 11 a.m. Friday at the church, the Rev. Catherine Costello officiating. Burial is at the church cemetery.
Calling is 2-4 and 6-8 Thursday at Cisco Funeral Home, Celina, and Friday one hour prior to service at the church.
