* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations.

* IMPACTS...At 13.0 feet, State Route 117 near Route 118 north of Rockford is water-covered and closed.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 12:40 PM EDT Sunday the stage was 13.0 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to rise to a crest of 13.0 feet this afternoon. It will then fall below flood stage just after midnight tonight. - Flood stage is 13.0 feet.

Justin Miller
Justin N. Miller, 30, 137 Concord Ave., St. Marys, died Oct. 3, 2008, near Defiance. Death was due to an apparent suicide.
He was born Oct. 18, 1977, in St. Marys, to Robert L. and Lillie Sudhoff Miller, who survive. On March 18, 2000, he married Kristy Marie Fenwick, who survives.
Other survivors are, three children, Kaleb, Bailey and Ethan Fenwick-Miller, all at home; a sister, Michelle (Steven) Knapke, Maria Stein; a brother, Robert Jr. (Jewelie), Middletown; a mother-in-law, Rebecca (Richard) Murray, St. Marys; and a father-in-law, Darrell Fenwick.
Deceased are grandparents, Hugo and Opal Sudhoff and Norman Miller.
He worked at Parker Hannifin Corporation, St. Marys, and was a member of Holy Rosary Catholic Church, St. Marys. He coached soccer, the Grand Lake United Team, and was a 1997 graduate of Memorial High School, St. Marys.
Funeral Mass is 11 a.m. Wednesday at the church, the Rev. Anthony Cutcher officiatng. Burial is at Gethsemane Cemetery.
Calling is 2-8 p.m. Tuesday at Miller Funeral Home, St. Marys, and 10-11 a.m. Wednesday at the funeral home.
Contributions can be made to a scholarship fund for his children.
